Shipping policy

is 2-4 business days. This means that your order will be confirmed but it will take 2-4 business days to be shipped and fulfilled. After that please give your order time to arrive. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed.

 

 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS:

Just Kay Kollection is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order & are tracked to ensure delivery to the address provided. Once your package has been shipped it is out of our hands and now in the hands of the postal service. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
